Student Enrichment Opportunities
Enrichment Clubs
Students at Maggie B. Selman Intermediate have the opportunity to participate in Enrichment clubs during the fall and spring semesters. Students will enroll for clubs to be held Monday-Wednesday from 2:50-3:30 during extended day hours. Transportation is available for students who need it.

Gardening
Spanish
Music
Board Games and Puzzles
Arts and Crafts
Sports/ Mileage
Chess
Computer
D.A.R.E
D.A.R.E is a nationally recognized drug abuse prevention program. DARE is presented to all fifth grade students at Selman Intermediate.

Junior Achievement
Junior Achievement is a program designed to educate students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs.
JA’s unique approach allows volunteers from the community to deliver our curriculum while sharing their experiences with students.
4th and 5th Grade students participate in Junior Achievement Programs at Selman Intermediate. To learn more about JA, please visit www.ja.org.
